DOSAGE

Dosage Spray product under tongue and try not to swallow for about 20 seconds this will help maximum absorption. Try to use the product 30 minutes before or after a meal.  Use the product five days, then take two days off.  After three consecutive months stop use for one week to re-balance the system.  Then return to regular use.  Please consult your private health care provider.

How supplied Supplied in 1 fl. oz. (30 ml) bottles which is a one month supply.

Storage Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. This unopened product is stable and maintains potency under normal conditions for at least two years.

Special Note In fairness to yourself and the product, or with any IGF-1 product, you need to use it for 60 to 90 days before you make any decisions as to the effectiveness of the product. If you only try the product for 30 days, you might never see or understand what IGF-1 can do for you. Try to take the product at about the same time each day. Also, be sure to give the spray time to absorb under the tongue before swallowing.
